preserved railways, thanks, timings

21 May , 2017

Firstly, sincere thanks to all at the Severn Valley Railway for allowing us to play a part in their Spring Diesel Festival, which was possibly the most popular diesel gala of all time!! You made myself and our team feel welcome and it was a great pleasure to work with you all. Also special thanks to all who visited our sales stand and purchased items helping raise funds towards 16 and 22, it sure was good and nice to load an half empty van. Huge thanks to our support team helping me of Andy Marra, Dave Fisher and Alan Knight, much appreciated and a good laugh as always,

55 022 is due to depart from Kidderminster on Monday 22nd May at 13.30 hauling 50 008, 31 271 and a Mk. 2 coach as far as Worcester Shrub Hill. From here, 50 008 should haul the train to the Devon & Cornwall Railways depot at Washwood Heath. 55 022 should then depart from there at 15.30 hauling 31 271 back to Wansford, with an arrival time at Fletton Junction at 17.38. Sorry that I do not have more detailed timings at this stage, however they are available on the Realtimetraines website when searching for Kidderminster SVR and Washwood Heath as starting points.
